We provide rust converting Anti-corrosive Coatings. These are special composition in solution that converts rust on ferrous surfaces into protective coating without restoring to old methods of removal of rust and scale. The converted surfaces the paint as a ideal base for further paint coatings and also increase the paint life in comparison with hand-cleaned, pickled and painted surfaces. It is economical a well, since no primer is necessary. It reacts with the steel surfaces and as such moisture to form rust. It eliminates the conventional metal pretreatment operations like acid-pickling, washing, etc saving a lot of time and labour.
